To receive PR you only need to pass the min score and including PF doesn't score. It's like PCC which officer asks later even sometimes if you submit it with your application at the beginning.

You can apply without BS as it's not a factor of eligibility. But it would be better to include in the application may reduce processing time.

What they need is any work during last 10 years. Lets say one worked for more than 3 years but only wants to include last 2 years or it was not possible to provide reference letters. To be eligible as an immigrant it's not required to include but might be useful for background check. If you have...

They won't accept any update of work experience. They just consider the work experience up to the date of submission of application while at the time of processing your work experience as a RA/TA will be more than what you have sent in. On the other hand, you can't change your past responsibilities!

You can request your application back but don't expect any refund as it's not refundable at this stage. I do agree with Tyrux, it's worth waiting. The officer may be isn't that much tough in your case who knows ;)

I do agree with you. If I were you, I would definitely appeal. Because, if you are single, reapplication will cost you at least $600 considering side costs (even more, photo, post, pcc, ....) plus on average one year of your life. Also, as you are international student you must pay for health...

If you dont have large deposit/withdraw in the six months transactions, it will be okay as they just want to make sure about that. The only way they can check and make sure of that, is to look at an account history to see if the money belongs to the applicant or not.

You're right. If you have not credited the point, just appeal it. It's clear. I know a different case which the guy was not aware of that and at interview (for Quebec) officer mentioned it and gave them the points.

They give 5 point for relative in Canada which can be son/daughter. But effective this may, one only gets the adaptability point if the relative is 18 years or over. It means having a baby (newborn) hear won't give anyone an advantage to get PR...

They clearly removed the adaptability points in the new regulations effective this May. So there is no need to such abstruse action. Officers are human and they may make mistake like us.

I think the most interesting part of their decision is the very last part, i.e. continuous work experience. I think the officer was decided to reject your application and unfortunately they know how to do it. In your case, I highly recommend you to consult with a immigration lawyer and appeal...
