    Yes, it's possible. By definition full time student is one who studies at least 20 hours per week. So, one can work 37.5 hours and be a full time worker as an RA.

    Sorry to hear that and I also suggest you to appeal. May be the reason is that they ask for money which is "available" to spend but an investment is not an available money and you have some kind of commitment to keep that money for a certain time.
