Since I mailed my application to CPC Mississauga; every afternoon I become very nervous, when I open my postal box. this week the time line should go down - I read the July forum, seems CPC is processing around July 19.

are you planning to sponsor your future husband(fiance) to Canada? if YES, then you should mail the application as a sponsor; but both of you have to fill out the forms.

sorry to hear that!! Since you had already landed - you still keep the PR and after 3yrs you can apply for Citizenship. But she will be on the "hook for 3yrs", if you applied for welfare... Immigration or she can't deport you....

once you received the CSQ....(your application is approved by Quebec); now the Federal (Canada Immigration) has to assess your file and issue the PR visa (it is a formality of federal govt) ps: Quebec has more autonomy on Immigration - it selects applicants.

you mentioned - your girlfriend is in Quebec - in this case, your application should to Immigration Quebec, getting the CSQ first... I know they have different forms...

also, I checked on the June Spreadsheet....seems they received quite a lot of application and the ones on June 30 - has been confirmed on Aug 26-29. the immigration update is not accurate....

the 60 days - they are still on June 30 > it does not make sense. Usually, the website is update in the afternoon.....and today, they update it early morning.... I assumed they are using Tuesday or Monday (aug 29/30) data.

I just read on another forum - that one application of July 8-14 has received "Approval confirmation", and his/her file is been transferred to London UK. I am not sure if this is a particular case or a general case....or it applies to all applications.... if this applies to all applications...

you should keep the originals (marriage cert + translation/cetified). >> Send Notarized Photocopies ie done by a lawyer or notary. also, when you are Notarizing your documents...."do few more" ...it would be useful in the future.
