Did it really take 15 months to get your visa back from Ankara?

Not sure if it would take less time doing it from there, but we sent ours from Tehran and it has been 6 weeks and we are still waiting!

Are you translating an official document? I did all of mine in Canada for my husband but if you sent the original Farsi document and then an English one with a stamp you could possibly get away with it. Alternatively, there are places outside of Iran that you could possibly email the document...

Yes, we had some issues due to the pandemic and our lawyer was horrible. Everything is fine now and we got passport request. I am just wondering how long it takes Ankara usually to process the passport and return it.

Hello Everyone, So my husband sent is passport to Ankara and got an SMS on Saturday saying that his passport was 'at the embassy' however we have no tracking number. Does this mean they haven't started processing it yet? Anyone know how long it will take to get it back to him for the PR visa?

Yes, I think we will have to though as they are not granting an extension even to the MPs. My immigration consultant said it should be faster and we should still get approved as nothing in our situation as changed. But you never know!

If we do have to reply does anyone know how long the process is and if it will be exactly the same as starting from the beginning?
