Hi its countable after graduated. using offcampus work permit is just a transition. its good. i did too. basically, 40h/week for a year right. lets say if you worked 80h/week you can gain 1950 hours in 6month. so general rule is 40h/w for one year.

Hi you dont need a employer to apply for CEC, but for working permit(LMO), you need a skilled job. as long as you are qualified, apply for CEC assp. but who knows the future eh? you might get better job? or losing job. dont know.
