Bro You dont need LMIA for open work permitamd u can work full time...as u said ur spouse is intrnationl student... all my suggstn would b dont listen to any of the consultancy whoz askng u to apply for visitor visa... 98% visitor visa getz rejectd.. Go for open work permit... All ur choice :)
