Need ur advice,
As i had applied for sowp with my wife...my swop was rejected last week...
Now i have applied for ATIP notes...once i receive dat i am planing to reapply,
Diz time i m a planing to apply thru immigration lawyer..what are my chances??
I meant, is my chance high if i apply through immigration lawyer???

Nobody can really say if your chances are better or not as an immigration lawyer might only help prepare your paperwork and case, they cannot influence the end result other than that.

Maybe wait until you have the notes and share some detail on the forum to get feedback before you go to the expense of a lawyer.

yes you can apply work permit for your spouse for sure, i did for my husband
