bro its very difficult to get visa from Pakistan for college.....and at your level it is some extra difficult......as u already have a degree from university....also for college it will take about 4-5 month to issue visa.so try some university and program related to your field... thanks

i think its better to submit all documents with application..........it may take some time more if they demand........most probably Ur ;) file remain pending till required documents not received..................also complete application would strong your case..........
