POlice Clearence letter time of Submission

Hi,

Do we need to submit Police Clearence letter while we submitting our application for study permit?? or once our application through, then they ask for it?

Is there any online check system for student visa application?

Suppose if we are applying as a mature student do we need to submit our experience letter togather with the application or when they ask for a proof what you did after your last college attended till the date you are applying for study permit?

People ask about the strong ties back home country or resident to show you will go back.... these documents they ask or u have to submit your property dcuments or other evidence to show strong ties??

Spouse going with study permit holder can apply for work permit soon after landing or starting the term??

1: you may submit police clearance after getting medical call if u are from in pakistan
2: no there aint any online system. you may email them to find out the status
3: send experience letters together with the payslips with the visa application to cover the gap
4: you have to prove strong home ties when making visa application
5: don't know but better u apply alone to make visa chances good. this will convince visa officer in form of home ties because u will come back for ur wife

Most of your questions have been answered, I just give a commend on number 1: Police report is not compulsory and it is required from case to case. sometimes two people from a same country apply together and one needs but the other. Most likely, you would need to submit after your medical in a case you have been asked for.

i think its better to submit all documents with application..........it may take some time more if they demand........most probably Ur file remain pending till required documents not received..................also complete application would strong your case..........
