Is there any way of getting this report in person from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection at one of the border crossing? Like Niagra - Buffalo crossing? Im sure there is a faster way of getting this report as 1 year of processing is just too long... Thanks

Yes they will... Anytime an applicant sends something over gets added to the file... Make sure you have 'Signature on Delivery' along with Tracking for all documents sent to their office.

you can make as many as you want...Just make sure to apply for an ATIP once you receive your previous request... Dont want to overlap applications...

Agents say whatever they want...there is no confirmation for anything... Ive been waiting since Jan 2011...and still in process....so the timelines are completly random...

Request your ATIP report...

under the privacy act it is free... It has the exact timeline of your application from the date of acknowledgement... along with any notes and the stage your application is at... It will not specify the reasons for delay etc...

No Lawyer is going to Gurantee an Approval/Grant for Citizenship... If you know of any lawyer who gurantees approval from your "research" please do share... Thanks

My case is very similar along with the timelines... I would suggest you request for your ATIP report to see at what point your application stands.

If required...the CIC will contact you to get consent and will get it directly from the CBSA.
