Thanks! But it's saying if you're inadmissible then they might make an exception for you and give you the TRP but from the original post, didnt3 say anything about the child being inadmissible so on what grounds was the child issued TRP? Thanks!

What's a TRP?

It says on their letter of introduction that their medicals should be valid on the day of their entry.

The principal is a child caregiver. They are still waiting for the tourist visa for the child. If they wait longer, their medicals will be expiring in December. Caregiver really wants to work in Canada and employer is able to accommodate her temporary absence by some alternate child care...

So occupation restricted work permit means that the principal applicant can work for any employer but it has to be under a specific occupation. The dependent spouse has open work permit. No restrictions

Will it be possible to come to canada with spouse then leave after a few weeks? Might be gone for a few months. Both husband and wife have work visas. Principal will be the one leaving and dependent spouse will be left behind in Canada. Any implications to this?

I think after this seminar, they're done with requirements of OEC. Just have to wait for the certificate.. Not in so much of a rush since we're still waiting for the TRV of their child.. hopefully it gets approved soon.
