our time line are the same. the only difference is that PA application for permanent residence has already been transferred to local visa office

status changed from " we are processing your application ..... YOU may not hear from us for a little while. this is normal......." TO " we are processing ..... please check your messages and take action when we ask you to....." any one has any idea what this little change is for?

That should be it. Every fingerprints you do is valid for ten years regardless of the type of application you are submitting however if they are in need of a new one they will make a request which it doesnt seem to happen in your case!

basically they do not bring up their final decision right away at the interview, So, be not worry!!
