Hi Veb, Don't be sad and keep it up. I'm already 1.5 months for me since In process without any update too! I heard so much backlogs are getting their PPR now. So I think most of visa officer are processing their cases instead of ours! We may have kinda delay now :( Regards, Luckyincanada

Hi Sarayu, There are three meaning I get from your representative's email. Firest, the GCMS note is taking longer then usual(up to 18 weeks); second, they are receiving lots of passport request lately; third, they believe that they will hear from CIC with your case soon(less than 18 weeks). So...
