    The agent told me that I need to waiting 36 month because I got Rq,The agent who interviewed me told that I can got oath letter within 6 month when I finished the text . Waiting oath letter almost 6 month after text.

    My Atip is same with you:Foss Clearance up to March 2015,RCMP is Sep 2015, I don't know why.in page 12/26,it show Foss ad RCMP have already pass.
