Wow! I can file a complaint too! You guys are right! I sent mine December 13th and i even spent $40 on cab just to make it on their cut off at 5pm but it was send out Dec17th already and received by Ottawa on dec19! Good Idea! Might as well take advantage about it!

I sent mine last Dec13th and Ottawa received it on Dec19th and the tracker has not been activated until now . I should have just called to set up an appointment and did not send my passport to Ottawa.. I didn't know there was another way..

Thanks ScarletSally! But i messed up! I sent it to the courier address because the lady at Canada Post said that the Xpresspost envelopes are considered as "courier" so I believed her :( I don't know if I made a big mistake in believing her.. Hopefully, my passport will arrive ottawa on time...

I got my PPR today!! It was exactly 3months from the time my RPRF was sent last Sept11, got PPR Dec11!
