I am pretty sure that they take bank drafts, they are basically the only certified international payment as far as I can tell. If your husband goes to his bank and explains what he needs it should be simple.

The easiest way to pay from out of the UK would probably be a bank draft, doesn't charge you like some other transfer methods do. If possible, it might be quicker to have your parents do the payment from a UK account. Seems much easier to just use your old UK address then trying to figure out...

    Spousal sponsorship

If you are a Canadian citizen I'm pretty sure that you have to file taxes every year, regardless of your income (even if it is zero).

Hello, My partner's current IEC visa expires in September, and as it is unlikely as will have our COPR by then, I am trying to figure out what to do next. If we flagpole in the states, does he need to have a flighty booked out of the country for 6 months time? Or is having sufficient funds in...

I saw this today didn't know weather to laugh or cry. It's a letter sent from CIC to someone asking for extra documents, the typos are outrageous. http://www.stevenmeurrens.com/2013/07/pafso-strike-jeopardizing-cic-client-services/

I have a bit of an off topic question. On my ECAS my partner's name is not quite right - his middle name is not capitalized properly (there is a random capital in the middle in the proper spelling, but not on ECAS). It is a bit picky, and if documents are given in all capitals it doesn't really...

My ecas still says application received, as does the automated CIC phone system. I guess I am just being impatient!
