Just to point out that you will not receive your PR card when your visa is approved- you will receive your COPR which you will use to land. When you land the CBSA officer will submit your application for your PR card, which will be sent to you a few months later. Nobody can tell you for sure...

We did the same thing and never corrected it. We had no problems getting my partners PR, but you might as well correct it if you have the chance!
