Hi Everyone, I took my citizenship oath today. The ceremony was only for an hour. Good luck to everyone and I really wish and hope that everyone else will finish this journey ASAP. I will still follow this forum and will provide assistance as I can.

1. The physical presence calculation starts on the day you land in Canada 2. I guess it doesn't have an impact on physical presence requirement. But you can double check with CIC 3. You can check your COPR and passport for your landing date Hope this helps!

I read the book once and I practised the online tests which you get it for free. The test is not that difficult.

Today I received oath invitation by mail.

My understanding is that US would not add missing entries in I94. But as Richie said it doesn't hurt asking US customs. Start collecting documents such as lease, payslips, utility bills, OHIP report, air tickets/boarding pass, credit card statements, bank statements etc. Good luck.

In my case, the officer had CBSA report. But I have read cases where the officer didn't have CBSA report and told the applicants that they would request one, since it would be easier for them to get a copy from CBSA.

They sent the oath invitation letter on Jan 16th and my oath ceremony is on Feb 2nd. The status has been updated in Ecas. I am still waiting for the oath letter. Please note that I have updated the excel spreadsheet. I really appreciate everyone's effort in helping me through out my journey...

Wouldn't you be able to provide passport as a proof of id to get your health card / license/ citizenship card?
