2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 26, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on September 29, 2016.
4. We sent you a notice on October 19, 2016 to appear and write the citizenship test on November 10, 2016 at 8:02 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

If you have met all the requirements, then decision made usually means you will get oath invitation letter soon.

There will be a fifth (#5) line in your ecas saying they have sent you your oath letter...stating the date and time of your oath. One member here said she/he didn't get the eCas update but got the oath letter instead.
