Wow I didnt know Purolator delivered at 8:52.. I thought all of their apps were delivered at 9:43. Which service did u use of Purolator?

I dont think he meant "one application at a time" but "one box/bulk at a time". So may be the guy has truck full of applications and they cant take all of them together as I am sure forklifts are not allowed :D So they would come down to get a box or two and deliver.

I used Purolator's same-day service to send my application and the proof of delivery email that I got from them is sent from SCI Logistics. I noticed that SCI Logistics is part of Canada Post group of companies so maybe that's what they used to deliver these applications...

CC charge should be a good enough indicator to be in the cap. I think we are just going to have to wait and watch.. if some of the Purolator apps dont make it in the cap and if other couriers do then we can question their 9.43am delivery time.

yes its possible but almost everyone, who sent their app using 9 am service called them and asked them about the delivery after 10, got responses like 'drive is in the queue', 'no status available' etc. if they had delivered it at 9:43 what was stopping them from confirming at least for one...

Sorry to hear that. I got burned by canada post last year so I tried Purolator this year. It has reached but that still doesnt guarantee that I will be in 5k. If I dont make it this year guess where I am going next year? HAPPYROAD EXPRESS :D

Hmm interesting info but what happens when they receive more than 5k applications on one day (which most likely they did today)? If they stack them up and start processing one by one doesnt that make it a LIFO (last in first out)? As in the application which came in first will be at the bottom...

Mine was delivered at 10.08am but that was through Purolator's Same Day service not the 9/10:30 service.
