Got an approved LMIA! I will apply my new WP in 2 weeks. My TRV is expired Sept 2015 and im planning to go back home April next year. Can i apply WP and TRV at the same time? Thanks

Two weeks later after submitting, employer will be given file number. As per SC the average approval of LMIA is 3 and half months.

If you have your offer of arranged employment you dont need the POF.
