Hopefully we get ours by next month or early june. What was the incomplete document from your 1st application?

Fee problem. .but processing time is 93 days now.

I don't have online excess online account my lawyer applied
No update yet.

I called to CIC they said we did update something and waiting for your response
My lawyer said no update yet
Time is gone over.
My lawyer said don't call them.

My quistion
1-If CIC will need anything will they email us?
2- it can be a technical problem not update yet?

why did your lawyer stop you to call them? and what do you think it would be that is required by cic. did you send all docs? transcript, photo, all forms etc?

I'd call CIC again, tell them you applied through your lawyer and called them once, and they said there was something they wanted from you and you don't know what that is, give them your application number and ask them exactly which document they want. Sometimes it's a medical exam, sometimes a police clearance, it might also be something else you might've missed in your application, but I wouldn't count on the lawyer only to get you your permit. If you applied in October than there should be some news now. Did your employer apply for LMIA? Did they go through the employer portal?

For anyone that has submitted one in the past or knowledgeable on the area, does CIC send a confirmation letter acknowledging receipt of application? Application was sent on February 15, 2016.

I sent my paper application too last Feb 16 then they received it Feb 19. My friends told no email confirmation. Just wait it thru mail.
