There's usually a gap. Mine was like 3-4 days difference. You'll get it soon hopefully. Wait a week or so and if you still don't get it then (my suggestion would be) get your Bio-metrics done.

There are 2 kind of medical facilities. One which take the photos themselves and the other one which needs the applicant to take passport size photos. I went to the first one where they took the picture. Their results uploading time ranged from 2-3 days while the other ones can take up to 7 days.

medical results can take 2-7 days to get updated. Hopefully soon. :)

As per your timeline in the signature: MVO is Mississauga. My question is that will your file be transferred to a Local Visa Office for further visa processing or will the PR be processed in Mississauga?

My GCKey account says that they started processing my application on 31st Jan 2019. The eligibility and background checks are in review. But it doesn't mention anything about the file transfer to LVO. Bio-metrics and Medical have been completed / passed. How did you come to know that the file...

Does anyone know where is the Local Visa Office for applicants residing in the UAE?

I think it will be transferred to the local office but I got no updates after passing the medical exam. I think that's the normal step from what I have read. My application was received on 30 Nov 2018, so I will hopefully get the update soon.

What is an AOR 2? Does every spousal application gets transferred to a local visa office? What is the procedure like with the local visa office?

You mean AOR 2? I have passed the medical exam. Waiting for what's next.

It seems that December applicants are really lucky. They're getting their AOR emails really soon. Their timelines are faster than the October applicants apparently. I think I fall in the December group as my application was received on 30-Nov-2018. Let's see.
