As you have applied for OWP- u r on Implied status. You can stay but try not to travel out of canada- as reentry depends on Immi Officer upon entry

U don’t have to worry atleast till u receive their reply.. and if u need to maintain status in Canada, they will advice u while returning yr owP application incase if refusal.. if all good then u r already on implied status

My Spousal Application received by CIC canada Mississauga on 26 Mar 2018, they started reviewing my application on 19 April 2018. What next when can I expect to get my medical and visa approval? Anyone with familiar case and have any further correspondence received around my application time?

I I submitted to Mississauga at first place together with my PR application. However due to incomplete fee(which I never knew 155+100) they suggested to resubmit by sending to Cic-vigeeville. So my final application was received by them on 4th May. I called Cic this morning . However looks like...
