question about owp for wife

Hi everyone,
i have sent my application for sponsorship my wife in canada 25 july, and also I included application for open work permit, my wife got visitor visa for ten years, and as i know she`s allowed to stay in canada not more then 180 days, so she can stay in canada before 7 november as she arrived 8 may, also i know its not good idea to leave canada and come back during our application is in process, so the question is if she doesnt get open work permit before 7 november what should we do?

She has implied status currently. so yes she can stay. The only issue is that you Loe your implied status if your application is returned. You have the option of applying for a visitor extension if you want unless you are past the point where an application can be returned.

U don’t have to worry atleast till u receive their reply.. and if u need to maintain status in Canada, they will advice u while returning yr owP application incase if refusal.. if all good then u r already on implied status
