I don't think the system is at fault here. Some cases are more complex than others, even when you apply through any other stream. I hope everyone gets their PR very soon.

I got PDF file of the CoPR letter to print and send along with the photo to get the PR card. Give it a day and also check your email maybe they sent a copy there

I got CoPR 2 business days after receiving this exact letter. So hopefully you'll get it tomorrow or on Monday

Guys, do you have positive experience with sending COPR instead of PR as proof of status to get the 5 years validity for the RTD ?

Do you still have your passport? If yes that means you're not a claimant yet. I would advice contacting IRCC since you can't work or get the federal health coverage until your status change to refugee claimant and you have the ID papers.

I didn't get any update whatsoever on my application since Nov 2019,and suddenly I got the letter that my application process was completed few days ago. So don't worry much about the updates, they are working in the background on our files

CIC will notify you by email / through online account when you either have your file transfer to IRCC office for landing interview OR if you don't need an interview and you get your COPR right away.. hopefully you will get this update soon!
