Yes, you can use the USA phone number and whatsapp in Canada... ATT, T-Mobile allows free roaming in Canada. ATT (prepaid 45$ plan) is the best i would say.. Roaming is free in Canada. Calls to USA and Canada are free.. But canada ppl cannot call to that number. It will be a long distance call...

as far as i know USA border export will ask for your legal presence in USA. Recall clearance letter is not requd at border. You need to get the letter and send to RIV. They will approve it. Then only you can register the car in Canada.

WIth CAR and without CAR is different. Export Import takes place only during specified hours. If not exporting car, landing can be done 24/7 - From USA.

You will have to submit the driving history in canada while exchanging the license. They can easily pull out your history in USA. Parking tickets are not taken into consideration....

Parking tickets dont count as points. Again, having insurance in USA wont do much help here in canada... their policies are too bad.... and the discounts are just 10-20$
