I called up Midi to check if they have received my request to issue a duplicate CSQ and they confirmed they have received it but mentioned that they will post the copy in 2 to 3 weeks time which means I still have a waiting time of 2-3 weeks for dispatch and another a month to receive .

Same in my case . I am still waiting and it hasn't arrived . I wonder why they can't charge us for a courier and they can as well send it by courier . Saves so much of time and anxiety .

I am sure it would be better , but got it clarified and apparently just copies would be sufficient . But just to be cautious I am sure Notarised copies would help
