It's better you call CIC in a day or so I you don't hear anything from them , In my case I didn't get any approval letter .

hi , to submit docs to visa office ottawa we can just upload in gc key or do we have to reply back to same email? I uploaded medicals on gc key and it says "not submitted to ircc" is it normal or am i missing something? thanks, Rash
