IMHO, just say all of the above in your new application. tell it exactly how it happened(how you forgot to mention your US refusal). its gonna be a hard one to crack but these IRCC guys somehow, can deduce the real situation. so yea, just tell it all. Good luck mate

Yes. They should appear under 'History'. Assuming that the tracker continues to stay updated.

This date '20TH March' just simply means the last time the website tracker was updated. check again and match that with the document History on the tracker. EDIT: as regards the 'Unspecified Destination' it beats me. not sure if that only changes once you get the visa on your Passport...

For Nigerians, work/study visas are being given high priority atm while visitors visas are being snailed. estimate wait times too have been changed to near 11 months so, do not give up yet as this is a waiting game. Good luck everyone.

i doubt that. at the most, attach both old and new passport together(bind properly) then submit.
