    When did you submit? I am also worried about this. I put as civil status in the application legally separated as per instruction guide. Because I am still married but no longer living with my ex. But don’t have any documents to proof that which is why I didn’t send anything. :(

    Some people are saying the applications are being returned because of not including their proof of civil status. But it wasn’t a requirement in the first place if they were not applying to for spouse / net partner :(. Was it a requirement?

    Is it blurry? Did they clarify it was the proof of status evidence that wasn't complete or maybe the principal applicant's passport? wow unbelievable. What time did you get the email? when did you apply?

    I support you on this one, this should have been used for the family members that have no other sponsorship process available, for example for siblings only, or children above 22 years old. Because there are other ways to bring your spouse, children under 22, and even parents. But well, I guess...

    I know I wonder where they got the translations. I sent LOA instead of Police Certificate and applied on Tuesday Nov 21st. Haven't heard back yet.
