I submitted explanation of civil status through web form. My timeline it’s in my signature, nov 21st.

G4s gave me the same information, that I needed UCI, so I submitted a LOE for the police certiticate!

There is no way to see, because it still shows as SUBMITTED :( but I think it definetely works

Just received AOR 12/05/2023 (Web form does work) I sent an additional doc yesterday and was able to receive AOR!

What I am saying is, if the translator is from Colombia, they need to provide a notarized affidavit for the translations he/she does for you.

Depends, if your translator is certified in Canada, you do not need that. But if it was a translator in your home country, then it needs to be like that.

Make sure to put as much information as possible about date and time of submission, the name of the program and an explanation of what are you adding.

Use the humanitarian one.

In the civil status and identity section what documents did you upload? because maybe you didn't upload everything they needed together there.

I am so sorry I hope you can figure out what went wrong. Are you sure they didn't return it because of the missing signature? If it is not the case when did you send the web form?

I would try submitting a provincial ID through web form. Does anyone know if they are really taking into account documents submitted through it?

Did you submit PR or / Canadian passport and provincial ID (both) from the anchor?
