the Good Conduct certificate and the Non-conviction certificate. the second one was not required before 19th Nov, I am very very sure about that. this is unfair unfair

Guys they just rejected my application due to missing police certificate before 19th November, it was required to provide one police certificate which is from the General Intelligence in my country (that I provided) after 19th November, in addition to the first one, another type of certificate...
