    You can go to a police office and make digital fingerprints there...don't forget to bring the required forms with you. I paid 20 for digital printing and 32 for fee, when I went to the police office, they sent it from there..I didn't have to send anything myself...

    Hi Manny, I already applied for CIC, 2 months ago, submited everything they asked but state pcc because when I applied state pcc was not requiered. Now it is. Since I will be leaving the country at the end of this month, I decided to make the CA pcc and send it to CIC. People are waiting 2-3...
