    We are waiting for the EOI because my husband couldnt apply as a system analyst under the FSW. In Australia no one can apply over the age of 50. If they copy that, no one over 50 can apply for EOI including us.... How are the chances they will copy this?

    Hello! Lucky you, we are in the same position but I dont think we will get the travel document. Did you sent a letter explaining your situation to them? If they gave you a travel document you can go to Canada and apply for PR renewal of your card and I am pretty sure you are allowed to work.
