Your letter plus 6 month's statements (online statements should suffice) will be fine. The majority of the US banks won't give out POF letter that meets the specifics of IRCC so most applicants from the US will use the 6 online statements method. You will be fine with what you have.

I actually did the fingerprint at home. Bought the fingerprint card and ink from Amazon and followed the instructions. Mailed it to FBI and received the report in about a week. Some police station charges $30 or so to do the fingerprinting. Just want to let everyone know DIY is also an option

Go for OINP. Too many uncertainties could happen especially with an election going on. You could wait well into first half of 2020 with CRS 450. If you apply for OINP you are mostly guaranteed for an ITA by early October. The only downside is 1500 CAD.
