Proof Experience needed

Hello guys
i do have a diploma (cooking, 2 years) , i would like to know what's the documents needed as proof of work experience.
i have experience of 1 year. i can provide only work certificate. Do they request additional documents such as pay stub?

they require a letter from you supervisor or HR personnel showing the following: start date, salary, average hours worked, duties and responsibilities, and signature and date on company letter head. Work certificate won't work. Numerous posts have shown anything that deviates from this requirement will result in rejection.
