if you wanna apply through ePost (for urgent travel) first thing you have to do is sent webform and write your reason for urgent travel and if you have any document which can prove urgency attach it, if you will be considered they will send you ePost link and instructions to apply.

As far as i know no one get result over phone. They give status like result dispatched etc but not result, may be i am wrong but i heard this.

No I did not. I have a question how we will get our RTD it will come to our mail box as normal post or process will be different as we applied through ePost.

How long they know you Are you Married or Not Where you live How you know each other No one knows what the verification officer can ask exactly but normally this kind of question they ask.

ePost link is only for those who are considered as urgent travellers after sending webform and documents if request approved by Department. but application can also be mailed for normal processing.
