The agent said one is 'Approved' only when the letter sent out. Before that, even though there is a decision made, the case is still open, it needs someone to 'close' the case and sent out the letter.

Just called IRCC, After 3 weeks, security is finally passed this morning. The agent said there is also a decision been made but she can't close it so she can't tell me what the decision is. Ask me patiently to wait for the letter. Office CPC-Sydney

That's not always true. I saw a post about a guy who got COPR in Oct and still waiting for bio refund.

Sorry I dunno about the GU because my representative is handling my account. What I know is after 2 weeks of biometrics submission, I called IRCC and found out the criminality has passed. which means they have processed my biometrics within two weeks. Cheers

The same biometrics submitted day. there's a ton of ppl have even earlier bio submitted/updated day and still waiting. Let's be patient. I see there are a couple of ppl reporting got email/copr today. that's a good sigh. I am quite positive that we could get our copr by the end of the month.

it's unlikely they extend operation hour for collecting biometrics. see if you can find that office's number online, give them a call to see if your name is on today's list, maybe the agent gave you the wrong time. if you can't find the number. go down there now and check with them.

My guess is that once the final review is done by IRCC office (all stage passed). it will be transfer to local office to issue COPR. that's why the waiting time are so random because its depends on where you at and how busy is your local office.

at this stage, it will need an agent to manually load you biometrics. once its done, it will show "biometrics complete on ''%SomeDate%'".
