Yeah I had the same. Criminality and security both in progress... do you think the GCMS notes caused the further delay? The agent that I spoke to said ordering GCMS notes prolongs the PR application...

That's not always true. I saw a post about a guy who got COPR in Oct and still waiting for bio refund.
Yes, It is not exactly correct. Just an indication. We can not predict anything. Just guessing different scenarios seeing others experiences.

After 3 weeks, security is finally passed this morning. The agent said there is also a decision been made but she can't close it so she can't tell me what the decision is. Ask me patiently to wait for the letter.

Hi Jason0408, The agent said..A decision has been made but she cannot 'disclose' it? Surprising, since for many others in this forum..they actually tell it all clearly.
The agent said one is 'Approved' only when the letter sent out. Before that, even though there is a decision made, the case is still open, it needs someone to 'close' the case and sent out the letter.
Ok..now that makes sense. They are waiting for some senior officer to formally 'Close' the case with a decision.
and is it the reason why we are not seeing any movements?
