Omg guys ! I just got my PPR!!!!! @Tazly55 is trying to take all the credit from @tobs for suggesting to email cio this morning.

I'm not getting through. I think they have improved their filters to reject international calls. I used to be able to dial directly.

I haven't been to a single country where it didn't.

I did in November and they said they would send a note to the Sydney, NS office. I plan to call them again on Wednesday. I feel very frustrated as they have twice confirmed that it's approved and in queue and here I am just waiting and no one is replying to my CSEs or emails.

I did, over a week ago and still nothing.

I wrote them in Nov, December and January. Also wrote NDVO in Jan.

Yes, exactly and no one wants to answer any more CSEs! Also e-mailed NDVO and nothing more than a week later.

From a call, and in writing from a CSE that my LVO forwarded when I sent one to them.

I don't think I've ever gotten a same day reply.... except when my LVO pretty much told me to stop bothering them.

I think no reply from CSE would have been better. NDVO is ignoring me even though my case is approved.

I suspect that was in respose to my CSE from last week.
