Yes similarly they refused mine, im waiting for caips report too. It is frustrating when you provided every detail still they reject ur application.

Doesnt matter if your PR got rejected as study permit is different. Even if your agent dont show any previous application they still have it in the record. Make your case strong by providing more evidence and documents for which they rejected. Good Luck

I also got admission for RRU may 2018, i applied for student permit and got refusal but will apply again. Not sure if its early to apply buy hopefully this time I will get it.

It is usually mentioned in the admission requirement, whatever basic academic qualification is required you will have to prove it with original or attested copies.

I have requested for the report it will take few weeks i think. have you received your student permit? You think its ok to mention why i was refused and justify them in the new letter?
