Hi seniors I need your advice

I applied for student permit from Abu Dhabi VFS center (paper based) on 12th july and I got the refusal on 30th July.

I had a visitor visa in 2009 and I went for a two weeks visit.
This year I applied again for visit visa with my wife and it was rejected on 'Immigration status" and "travel history". I have traveled 30+ countries but still I got these reasons. Anyhow I applied to one of the Canadian university for Masters in International business May 2018 intake and got the admission now that I am applied for student permit they refused it with this email.

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.

Grounds for refusal:

Other reasons:

limited employment prospects in your country of residence

purpose of visit

your immigration status

your personal assets and financial status

I was born in Abu dhabi and currently working as a computer engineer for an IT based firm so what does limited employment prospects and immigration status mean, My IELTS score is 7, I showed them around 200000 CAD, tenancy contract, my father business in UAE and document of property in home country.

Please advise if I should reapply or is it because I still have time till May 2018.

I think basically if you apply in a country in which your are a resident and not a citizen makes things a bit tricky. As for UAE, there are lots of expats with different nationality. It might be difficult for CIC to consider ones application basis on the ground how will a person come back to UAE from Canada as the residency will be cancelled if you leave UAE So they might come up with many excuses to reject most of the applications from UAE.

Hi, this rejection reason is not sufficient. This is a very generic reason that they put on the rejection letter of most of the refused cases. You should get the CAIPS report where the office has written the detailed rejection reason. Once, you get that report, prepare a good explaination letter for each point in that report. I did the same.

I have requested for the report it will take few weeks i think.

have you received your student permit?

You think its ok to mention why i was refused and justify them in the new letter?
