It may be a computer generated program which randomly picks up the profile and send PTs. If that's the case, then it's all depend on luck brothers!

I didnt consult my lawyer. I think there is no harm having duplicate profiles as we have more control over our profile. Once we have the PT you can withdraw one profile and go ahead with the OOPNP process and give access to your lawyer.

My lawyer has created the profile again but still havent got PT. I think we can create one more profile on our end. I will be doing this tomorrow

How about if someone creates a new CIC user ID and submit a new express entry profile as OOP only sending invites to profile created after 1st June? Is there any issue by having duplicate profiles with different user IDs?
