Hello Sunnychu, I am on the same track applied for my BOWP on March 28, 2017 and I can see it was updated yesterday to "On Hold" and what is FN you are referring to? Sorry I am bad with acronyms.

I wouldn't say its just OINP applicants who are seeing delay in process I am through NBPNP myself and haven't received any update since the date of AOR its the PNP Inland applications in general as a whole which are being delayed period

Wow the processing was showing 2 weeks and it took 1 month and 2 weeks to get your BOWP approved I can only imagine the processing time on my application which is making me worry with my work permit close to expiry, thanks for sharing Eugenie2016

You are very welcome

You will only apply for restoration if the work permit of your's or spouse is expired if you are applying for BOWP before the date of expiry of your current work permit then you don't need to apply for restoration.
