Masc is research based degree and Meng is theory based,moreover you can complete meng in one year also but for second one you should spent atleast two years. besides this you can do Phd after masc but after meng there is no such option.In short if your preference is just to complete study and...

and my friends are there they told me that normally in nowadays persons are getting three years work permit with one year study of masters but luck also matters in this case,so if you do 16 months of study then you will definitely get 3 yrs work permit.
