Nope, I did not link my PR Portal to my GC key. I tried but I couldn't.

I got my eCOPR on Oct. 10th and PR Card on Oct. 19th

My address was approved within 24-48 hours after receiving the eCOPR. Funny, my photo is still in review in the PR portal and I got my PR card yesterday. I guess its just the system that's taking time to update. Dont worry you'll get your soon :)

If you see my last reply, I mentioned my "photo" was in review with IRCC. Surprisingly, I got my PR Card yesterday. So, I got it in a week. I got my eCOPR on 10th Oct and got my PR card on 19th Oct.

I am on the same boat. Got my eCOPR on 10th October and the photo still shows "in review with IRCC"

You gotta do it online and this time it's gonna be Change Of Status while filing your SIN information online and it will ask your Temporary SIN with "9" digit number. Also, you need to make sure that you're putting Permanent Resident. The next step is to provide valid documents like eCOPR...

Yes. I got my PR approved on Oct.10. I received my PR Portal on 9th and got my eCOPR on 10th. | Currently waiting for PR Card.

I got my eCOPR within 24 hours after submitting my address and photo. My address is approved and my photo is in review.

you'll receive your eCOPR in your PR Portal and from there you can download it.
