In your case, you got a call then they sent you your CoPR...i got my CoPR with no phone call from them. Maybe its case to case.

im PNP inland - CEC (no LMIA)...no phone call / interview you are right. i noticed they call applicants with LMIA and dependents. in my own opinion, they probably call applicants with LMIA to make sure that they are still connected with their employer amidst layoffs because of the current pandemic.

of course....it means your file is kinda sitting on the officer's table and currently being reviewed...you will hear from them pretty soon....couple of days....its kinda the trend i/we notice.

They have to review documents that you have submitted. Thats it. Just stay positive...XD
