Atleast they’ve opened your envelope. I didnt get any updates. Majority of us. I was just relying on canada post for my proof that It was delivered. Thats all I got.

I guess borders arent open yet.

nothing buddy...im keeping an eye on the threads for any commotion from Saskatoon.

It means they just opened your envelope and they got star strucked by your picture inside.

I know for that when they start working on our stuff, it'll take months before they clear the backlogs. Once borders and countries loosen up - I will ask for urgent processing. Im planning to visit my home country. With us waiting for months, we gotta have our cards sooner that those who just...

Already linked mine...nothing...no update.....no info showing on ECAS too...i guess they havent opened my envelop yet..

Nothing...i was just relying on canada post’s online tool as my proof that they’ve received my envelope.

I’ve been waiting for almost 5moths now. Havent received anything from them. Its unfair if we reached 6 month mark then they’ll ask us to resubmit. Its never our fault.

That means there are people working in Saskatoon. Not much people posting updates.

If you have a valid reason then asked them to expedite yours.

I’ve been waiting for almost 5 months now. I dont stress myself of waiting because its a known issue due to covid. I dont have a valid reason to have my card expedited. But if ever i need to, then thats the time i have to request such. Chill comrades. Its beyond our control.

I’ve read from someone here and he said when he called he was told by cic that some applications got forwarded to other offices across the country. I rrird calling cic but unable to connect to a rep. Its kinda strange coz there’s no movement in Saskatoon office.
