1. u drop them an email and asking them to send it via courier if they still use airmail .... otherwise if they use a courier service then there is no issue at all. You have got to get it confirmed first by sending an email to their international mailing address quoting your application number...

how could they do that? very irresponsible on their side. how come didn't you check? it is such an important piece of doc. nope....if a police certificate is missing, you wont be refused for this....docs would be returned back to you without creating an application number.
